RelayStack may collect information you or a business using RelayStack provides to us, including:

Email Communications
RelayStack may send transactional emails concerning work assignments, change requests, approvals, service status, or related activity.

RelayStack accesses connected services only as authorized by the business account.

RelayStack may retain the decision, customer-entered name, timestamp, request version, associated job or request details, signature evidence, and technical metadata necessary to establish the integrity of the approval record.
These records may be retained as business evidence and may not be editable after submission.
