By using RelayStack, you agree to these Terms.
RelayStack Services
RelayStack provides software that may help businesses:
- communicate with customers and service providers
- distribute work assignments
- send secure links
- request customer review or approval
- collect electronic signatures
- record approval or decline decisions
- synchronize information with connected business systems
- send transactional email notifications
RelayStack is a software service and is not a contractor, service provider, employer, payment processor, or party to agreements between businesses and their customers or vendors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Authorized Use
You may use RelayStack only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to provide or process.
You may not use RelayStack to:
- send unlawful or unsolicited communications
- impersonate another person or business
- distribute fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content
- attempt unauthorized access to RelayStack systems
- interfere with service availability or security
- use secure links belonging to another recipient without authorization
Secure Links
Some RelayStack functions use secure, no-login links.
Recipients are responsible for protecting these links from unauthorized disclosure.
A secure link may expire, be revoked, or become unusable after a final action has been recorded.
Customer Approvals and Electronic Signatures
Where RelayStack permits a recipient to approve or decline a request, the recipient should review the displayed information carefully before submitting a decision.
Submitted approval or decline decisions may be treated as final and retained as immutable business evidence.
The business using RelayStack is responsible for determining whether electronic approvals and signatures obtained through RelayStack satisfy its legal, contractual, regulatory, or industry requirements.
Third-Party Integrations
RelayStack may integrate with third-party platforms such as Jobber.
Third-party services are governed by their own agreements and policies.
RelayStack is not responsible for third-party outages, third-party account restrictions, changes to third-party APIs, third-party data or functionality, or actions taken independently by connected third-party services.
Email Notifications
RelayStack may send transactional email related to authorized service activity.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and securing access to your email account.
Availability
RelayStack strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service may be affected by maintenance, internet outages, telecommunications providers, email providers, hosting providers, connected third-party applications, or events outside RelayStack’s reasonable control.
Disclaimer
RelayStack is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
RelayStack does not guarantee that information submitted by users or third-party systems is accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelayStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
RelayStack may modify these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
